RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF ONLINE PURCHASES
Due to too many items returned in unsellable conditions, we no longer offer exchanges or returns. If you have any questions about size/measurements, we would be happy to help you make the right selection. In the event that we mistakenly send a wrong or defective item, R1Sixteen will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Mistakes happen, and when they do, we will exchange or refund the item(s). However, the tags must be intact with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the tags. Please contact us for pick up, r1Sixteen will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds for purchases
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
R1XVI may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
